印刷輥為優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼，表面研磨，鍍硬鉻。
裝卸印刷板，腳踏開關(guān)電動(dòng)控制正反轉(zhuǎn)。
采用真空吸附輸送紙板(送紙輪表面為陶瓷、增加耐磨及壽命)。
不必使用拉紙環(huán)就可以使紙板通過印刷部。
壓印輥間隙調(diào)整采用電腦及電子數(shù)字式控制，控制范圍0-12mm。
印刷相位固定裝置，電磁離合器制動(dòng)式剎車機(jī)構(gòu)。當(dāng)單元分離調(diào)整相位或清洗時(shí)，剎車機(jī)構(gòu)限制齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，保持原有齒輪位置固定點(diǎn)。橫向相位采用電腦控制，控制范圍±10mm。
清洗印版后自動(dòng)復(fù)位系統(tǒng)。
氣壓式單隔膜泵，供墨穩(wěn)定，操作保養(yǎng)簡單。
腔刮刀供墨系統(tǒng)下配有墨槽。
自動(dòng)切換清洗裝置，讓水墨回收更徹底。
The printing rollers are made of high quality steel, hard chrome plating,surface grinding.
Pedal switch control the printing roller turning forward or back off when install the printing sheet.
